I Had The Strangest Dream, Ivan is a Yume Nikki fangame made for Dream Diary Jam 2. The game is primarily in English mixed with Russian dialogue; the Russian text was produced with Google Translate and is not meant for the player to actually be able to read it. You play as Alexei, an ordinary man who's been unable to find work. He stays in an unfinished building and has befriended a resident there named Ivan. Alexei is unable to leave due to the rainfall, so he stays inside and dreams.
