Welcome to your part-time job cleaning up evil spirits! We picked up everything you’ll need from a 100-yen shop—more or less. Use your supplies properly, or just chuck them at the ghosts. Your call.
100 Yen Exorcist is a survival horror comedy game about surviving a bizarre part-time evil-spirit cleanup job.
Your goal is to eliminate every last evil spirit haunting the school.
If an evil spirit spots you, it will come at you hard. Explore the school, study the scattered clues, and figure out how to deal with each spirit. Act in the right order, and you can clean them up safely.
The tools that might be useful for investigating the school were kindly prepared by HR, who clearly has no idea what actually happens on-site.
Use them however the situation demands.
Want to skip all that annoying investigation, even if it puts you in danger?
Then we recommend the classic cleanup method of throwing your company-issued supplies directly at the evil spirits. If you’re confident in your aim, you can abandon the investigation entirely and force your way through.
The “Evil Spirit Rage Meter” displayed on your phone shows the current danger level of the evil spirits.
Throwing supplies at them, messing around, or charging ahead without investigating will raise the meter—and the spirits will become shockingly stronger. How you use your supplies is up to you, but if you choose violence, you do so at your own risk.
