Backrooms: The Savior is a first-person tactical exploration shooter set in the Backrooms. Together with your teammates, you will venture deep into unknown spaces and confront a variety of threats. Search for critical items, locate missing personnel, complete the mission, and evacuate.

This is not a battlefield where you can just charge ahead. You must act with caution. Remember, completing the mission is only the beginning—the real challenge is making it out alive.

Push Forward Step by Step

In narrow corridors, empty rooms, and repetitive, disorienting spaces, treat every door and every corner with care. Use cover, light, and sound to coordinate with your teammates, neutralize threats, and advance steadily. Gunfire will give away your position, and a single misjudgment can quickly spiral out of control.

Search for Clues, Open the Way Forward

You can't complete the mission by shooting alone. Find key items, keep a clear head, and locate the right path to push deeper into the Backrooms.

Find Survivors, Escort Them to Safety

Your goal is not just to stay alive—the most important part of rescue is bringing people out alive. Once you locate missing personnel, the pace shifts instantly: you must protect the survivors, reroute your path, avoid unnecessary combat, and reach the extraction point under mounting pressure. A successful evacuation is the only true completion of the mission.

Face the Enemy, and Face the Rules

Firearms are not all-powerful. The threats in the Backrooms are not limited to enemies who shoot back. Certain anomalous entities cannot simply be taken down with firepower—they react specifically to sound, light, line of sight, or movement patterns. Observe, learn, and adapt to these rules. That is the key to survival.
