Same Ascendant, Different Tactics Frontactics is a strategic auto-battler roguelike where you deploy and develop Ascendants to overcome each battle. Choose your Ascendants, form your frontline, and shape their awakening paths to complete your build. At each awakening stage, Ascendants gain new choices: stat upgrades, skill modifications, and imprint options. The same Ascendant can grow into a completely different role depending on your decisions.

Deploy, Observe, Rebuild Ascendants move and attack on their own during battle. Place durable units at the front, protect your backline damage dealers, and position your team to break the enemy’s key threats. After each battle, analyze the result and refine your formation for the next fight.

Find the Best Build from Limited Choices Most rewards must be chosen from a set of presented options. Consider your current Ascendants, synergies, items, and remaining health to make the choice you need most. Take Risks to Grow Stronger Each run takes place on a branching map with a different route every time. Move through battles, shops, treasures, rest points, and bosses as you complete your formation. You can take a dangerous path for stronger rewards, or play it safe and prepare for the next battle. Know when to push forward, and when to hold back.
