GAMEPLAY

Grow, and sculpt your body to win competitions. Reach the minimum gains required to win.

Play workout cards to get Gains, e.g., play Arms to grow those guns.
Don't push too hard - too much Fatigue can lead to Injury.
Play rest and supplement cards to increase your Gains or decrease muscle Fatigue.
Really into your Glutes? No problem become a Glutes purist and get those buns hun.

The journey to Gains-Town is difficult, make smart decisions on your journey to become a CHAMPION.
