A Halloween-themed, story-driven rhythm-action adventure! Tired of paperwork, apprentice reaper Ryoul sets out to form a marching band and join the Halloween Parade. Switch between dialogue, exploration, and 2- or 6-key rhythm play as Ryoul forms the Hallowanderband with her Halloween friends!
Hallowanderband is a Halloween-themed, story-driven rhythm-action adventure game.
Apprentice reaper Ryoul is dispatched to Hallowonderland by the Reaper Department.
But buried under mountains of paperwork,
she decides to set her duties aside and chase her long-held dream: joining the Halloween Parade.
To make it happen, she sets out to form a marching band: the Hallowanderband.
The game is divided into two parts: the Episode Part and the Adventure Part.
In the Episode Part, take on rhythm stages where animation and story come together.
In the Adventure Part, talk with characters and explore the village to unlock new episodes.
Hit the left and right notes appearing on the round track in time with the music!
Play with simple two-key controls by pressing one of the three keys on each side. Enjoy animations that react to your input and discover a variety of character episodes!
When the story reaches a high point, a sudden Ta-Da! Event appears!
This section uses all six keys on both sides.
Use quick reflexes and focus to clear the unique Ta-Da! Events in each episode!
In the Adventure Part, the story unfolds through dialogue and exploration.
Meet charming Halloween friends along the way,
and join Ryoul on her journey to form the Hallowanderband!
