In 1988, on the eve of the bursting of Japan's bubble economy, he transformed himself into a detective who was wrongly accused of a crime. He investigated the strange suicide case of Qingmei, which led to the secret of a 20-year-long serial murder case. He shuttled through the streets of Showa, which were filled with cigarettes, alcohol and neon lights. Amidst the choices between human hearts and life and death, he searched for clues and found the truth of the bloody case.
