Choose suitable workers, train, and deploy them to grow your business. And don't forget to reward them and let them rest every once in a while. That is, as long as the company can afford it...

Seek out new resources.

Command workers to climb aboard robots made from the dismantled relic parts and send them off to perilous lands. They may even return with precious resources. And of course, you've obtained waiver forms from all employees.
