A ground‑up overhaul of 2003’s infamous open‑world shooter. Part modernization, part love‑letter, POSTAL 2 Redux will hoist every original asset out of the creaking Unreal 1.5 engine and slam it into today’s Unity—delivering the same familiar week in the POSTAL Dude’s life with a merciless glow‑up and a bucket of new toys.
You’ve got a week’s worth of errands. Buy some milk. Return an overdue library book. Maybe get Gary Coleman’s autograph. Simple enough, right? But this is POSTAL 2 Redux - where a normal day can spiral into absolute carnage at a moment’s notice, and the only thing more unpredictable than your to-do list is the lunatic freakshow that calls this town home.
For the first time ever, POSTAL 2 is fully reimagined for the new generation, bringing its dark humor, open-world mayhem, and unapologetic absurdity to an entirely new level. Step into the well-worn boots of The POSTAL Dude, a hapless everyman just trying to get through the week in the bizarre town of Paradise, Arizona. Whether you choose to play it cool or go completely POSTAL is entirely up to you.
Paradise is your playground, and how you interact with it is entirely up to you. Be a law-abiding citizen or let loose with an arsenal of insane weapons, from gasoline and matches to the infamous cat silencer, lob grenades, or take a more… personal approach with physics-driven melee combat. Every choice you make fuels the town’s dynamic AI, leading to unpredictable encounters, spontaneous riots, and absolute bedlam.
Explore the world at your own pace, taking on daily errands in a non-linear sandbox filled with unpredictable NPCs, interactive environments, and absurdly detailed physics. Meet (or antagonize) eccentric residents, dodge rampaging elephants, or take in the sights, including Krotchy’s Toy Store and Uncle Dave’s heavily armed religious cult.
So… how will you spend your week in Paradise?
