"Rain and Respite" is a relatively short visual novel where you talk to cute and weird girls at a tavern.
In this visual novel, you play as a city guard who gets the night off of work due to some stormy weather. With some free time on your hands, you decide the best course of action is to head to a local tavern you've never been to before. Talk to some interesting characters, eat some unknown meat, make an elf cry, and try not to be hung out to dry before the night is over.
