Revhead is a car racing simulation game where you build your own race car.

You have a friend Charlie who is busy building race cars and invites you to Australia. You start your journey in a small town where the only way to get recognized is by building the fastest and best racing car around. You have Charlie, his expertise, and his garage. The rest is up to you!

Building and Customizing Your Car

You can buy or sell cars and components, fix and tweak your car to make it the fastest around. A good race car is not always about being fastest or strongest, but one that matches your driving style. Set your car to fit your driving skills and racing conditions.

Every car is built from dozens of individual components connected to each other just like in reality. Each component can be removed, replaced, and swapped between other cars. You can customize not only paint work and outlook, but also the handling and performance of the car.

Understanding Your Car

Watch your car when driving - how it handles, how smoky it is, what noise comes from the hood. All these can help you identify real problems. You need a 4x4 but don't have the budget? Buy a wreck cheap car and transfer it to a 4x4 supercharged racing beast using wrecked cars and used components from the newspaper. Your engine is strong but your car doesn't reach the speed you want? Make sure your gears and differential also match your goals!

Racing and What is Behind It

In reality, racing is about 80% mechanical work, 19% testing, and 1% racing. This game tries to get closer to this while keeping the fun.
