Spright is a 2D metroidvania about descending into a vast abyss that twists against you the deeper you go. Equipped with only your diving helm, a longsword, and the tools you uncover along the way, you will dive head-on into a world that refuses to give way.

The deeper you descend into the abyss, the more the world twists against you—paths splinter, enemies grow stronger, and the darkness swallows what little guidance remains. Starting at surface level - getting lost is common, and some who wander too far down never find their way back...

Combat is sharp, aggressive, and movement-driven. Slash through enemies, hammer armored foes, parry deadly attacks, and dash through danger before the depths close in around you.

Spright is inspired by traditional metroidvanias, where fights are tough but fair. Whether you’re dueling hostile explorers, surviving ambushes, breaking through the creatures guarding forgotten relics, or simply exploring the world, the lower you go, the harder it gets. Being underleveled is common.
