About Two-Player Gameplay with Steam Remote Play Together

After inviting the player you want to play with, assign Controller 2 to the invited player.

At this point, the Player 2 controller on the Remote Play client side will not function yet. When you enter the button configuration menu, inputs will be recognized. Please proceed to Config → Button Setting within the game, start the configuration for Player 2, and press the buttons for Player 2 to set them."
