The game takes place inside a sealed facility that was never meant to be navigated the way it is now. Originally designed as a controlled environment, the facility expanded over time, growing more complex, more segmented, and more difficult to contain. When everything went wrong, evacuation was attempted, but it was never completed. What remains is a structure that feels partially abandoned, partially alive. You are not the first person to be here. The facility is divided into sections that were built at different times, for different purposes. Some areas follow strict design logic. Others feel improvised, reinforced, or altered after the collapse. Over time, escape routes were added. Some were official. Others were not. The deeper you go, the more it becomes clear that the environment wasn鈥檛 just left behind. It was adapted. The outbreak did not simply create mindless threats. Those who remained were trapped long enough to change. Their behavior suggests memory, routine, and adaptation. They don鈥檛 just wander. They occupy. The facility shaped them as much as the infection did. They are not guards. They are not obstacles. They are what happens when escape fails.
