About the Game

Many people dream of running away from the city to the countryside. When you get a chance to buy a farm in Tennessee, you don't hesitate for a moment. Located in a picturesque spot, surrounded by forested hills, it is truly awe-inspiring.

But there's a lot of work ahead of you. The buildings are falling apart, so is the equipment. The animals wander around as they please, and the fields are slowly turning into a forest. Even Old Bill who sold the farm is still living in the shed, with no thought of moving out.

Time to roll up your sleeves and get to work. The farm needs serious renovation to become an ecological agricultural enterprise. A humorous story about the struggles of a townie who decided to become a farmer.

Gameplay Features

Renovate - All the buildings need renovation. Remove old boards and tiles, tear down damaged elements, clean the stables, and get rid of rats and mice. Choose from available tools and options to rebuild the farm your way.

Build - Plan your farm's development with an ecological focus. Construct new buildings or expand existing ones. Change interiors and room layouts. Your budget is the only limit.

Cultivate and Breed - Clear fallow fields of trees and weeds, then sow crops like corn, tomatoes, green beans, cotton, soya, wheat, and sorghum. Build corrals and breed horses, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits, and bees.

- Open a store and sell farm goods. Invite city visitors to harvest crops for a fee. Organize family events. Sell goods in bulk to supermarkets.
